At Haseen.pk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day hassle-free exchange service.
How It Works

Initiate the Exchange: Contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.

Rider Collection: We will arrange for a rider to come to your location to collect the parcel. You do not need to go anywhere; our rider will handle the pickup.

Replacement Parcel: Once the original parcel is collected, we will send you the replacement item. You just need to pay a fee of 300 rupees for the replacement parcel.
Conditions for Exchange
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired replacement is not available, you may choose a different item of equal value.
